I have worked in a number of roles as an educator, practitioner and researcher to support women in ICT and other science, engineering and technology sectors. My most recent research has been about the employability and careers of women SET professionals and in particular the impact of career breaks for women in European SET companies. I am Editor of the International Journal of Gender Science and Technology
