I am a Senior Lecturer in Psychology at Nottingham Trent University. My research focuses on the psychology underpinning moral and political decision-making. A key focus of my work to date has been how members of the public both form and express attitudes towards people who have committed, or are at risk of committing, sexual offences.
More broadly, I am interested in controversial decision-making, political polarisation, and the so-called "horseshoe" model of political and ideological orientations.
