PhD Candidate, Educational Administration, University of Saskatchewan

Dr. Darcia Roache had worked for private and public sector organizations of Jamaica in the capacity of an accountant, director of administration, and acted as chief executive officer. As a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Saskatchewan, my work experiences include graduate research assistant, Resident Assistant, and Youth Mentorship. My passion for administrative work led to my award of a master and doctoral degrees in business administration. I also obtained a bachelor and associate degrees in management and business administration respectively. I have had several years of working experience as adjunct faculty for the University of the West Indies, and University College of the Caribbean, the Management Institute for National Development, and the HEART Trust/NTA Training Institute in Jamaica. My ambition to before a professor led to my further pursuance of a second PhD. in Educational Administration at the University of Saskatchewan. I am a member of the Resident Magistrates (Jamaica).
