David Bloom is Clarence James Gamble Professor of Economics and Demography at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health (HSPH), Director of Harvard’s National Institute of Aging Demography Center, and Director of HSPH's Value of Vaccination Research Network. Bloom’s research focuses heavily on population aging, on the value of vaccination, and on the interplay of health, demographics, education, and economic growth and development.
