David Goldberg

Professor Goldberg is a Consultant in Public Health Medicine/Consultant Clinical Epidemiologist at Health Protection Scotland (HPS). He is a former Henry Mechan Professor of Public Health, University of Glasgow, former Deputy Director of Health Protection Scotland and former Acting Director of the Scottish Centre for Infection and Environmental Health. He serves on several UK and Scottish Committees and is involved in the postgraduate supervision/teaching of students affiliated to the University of Glasgow. He is the author of approximately 250 peer-reviewed articles and a holder of many grants from a wide range of funding bodies. He is also Professor of Public Health at Glasgow Caledonian University and an Honorary Professor of Public Health at the University of Glasgow.
