David Yuratich

I am a lecturer in law at Royal Holloway, University of London. My research mainly looks at the relationship between courts and democracy, which my PhD explored in the context of the European Court of Justice's approach to EU democracy. I am also investigating the relationship between law and popular culture, specifically how Doctor Who offers representations of constitutional issues.
