With a decade of experience as an accountant specialising in accounts management, financial report preparation, and special projects such as inventory systems design, Dr Debbie Wills from the Tasmanian School of Business and Economics is applying her practical knowledge of the industry to her work as an academic.

Now focussing on impression management and organisational legitimacy management in for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, and the performance of maths education pathways into higher education, she is creating insights that can make a real impact.

Current qualifications: Bachelor of Commerce with Honours; Graduate Certificate in Research; PhD.
