Deborah Arnott

I am Chief Executive of Action on Smoking and Health (UK), an honorary associate professor in the Division of Epidemiology and Public Health at the University of Nottingham, honorary fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and a member of the RCP’s Tobacco Advisory Group. I am an expert on national and international tobacco control and the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control. My research interests include tax and illicit trade, electronic cigarette use and its impact on smoking prevalence and uptake, the impact of smoking on inequalities and evaluating the impact of tobacco control interventions.
