Denis Chênevert

Denis Chênevert is a professor at the HEC Montreal, where he teaches human resources management strategy. He earned his Doctorate from the University of Toulouse in France. He holds the positions of associate researcher at the University Hospital Center of Montreal, director of the healthcare management hub and the SSA support unit and acts as co-director of the CEO management center. He receives the price for the best HEC Montreal teaching book in 2009 and the Highly Commended Paper Award for 2013 in the Journal of Health Organization and Management. His most recent research projects explored the links between work climate, organizational citizenship behaviors, absenteeism and individual welfare in health care sector. He has published in journals such as: International Journal of Nursing Studies, JCO Oncology Practice, Journal of Business and Psychology, Personnel Administration, International Journal of Human Resources Management, Human Ressources Management, Group and Organization Management.
