Dennis Duty

Started my career in Manufacturing as a line manager and progressed into services in the finance sector. My focus has been on Operations improvement and in particular the use of process reengineering. I moved into education, starting in FE and then moved into HE upon completing my MBA. I teach Management with a focus on performance and have a long stading research interest in student success and retention.
