Dr. Amiera Sawas

I am a researcher that focusses on the intersections of development, climate change and security.

I have a PhD in Human Geography, which focussed on gender and water governance in Pakistan (KCL).

I have a Masters in Global Politics (LSE).

I also have a BSc in Psychology (Manchester).

I have conducted research in South Asia, the Middle East and Africa for the last 10 years. I am also a consultant to major development organisations including the UN, Christian Aid and FRIDA.
