Lecturer - QUT - Faculty of Health (School Exercise & Nutrition Sciences), Queensland University of Technology

My research interests include the learning, education, and overall training of performance coaches and high-performance officials. I have recently investigated elite referee learning frameworks and curricula models related to both the NRL and Touch Football Australia referees. I am a current member of the Sport Australia Industry Advisory Group for sport officiating. I am also a previous National and State-level coach in the sport of Touch Football and have held several sport-related positions such as Panel Chairperson for the Queensland Touch Association (coaching portfolio), Board Member for Queensland Touch, long-standing panel member of Womensport Toowoomba, and committee member with the touch football national coaching panel.
