I am a senior lecturer in Applied Psychology at the University of Cumbria, where I teach a range of topics including health psychology and stress. I am a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an Athena Swan rep, and a health advocate for our TUC Better health at work scheme.
My research interests include stress and well-being at work, gender equality, and developing educational practice.
