Professor and Executive Knowledge and Development Officer (Ethics), National Health and Medical Research Council

Professor Elim Papadakis was appointed Executive Director (Research Investment Branch) at NHMRC in 2008 and is currently Executive Knowledge and Development Officer (Ethics) at NHMRC.

In 2001 he was a co-recipient of the 2001 Henry Mayer Prize for the best article published in the Australian Journal of Political Science and in 1999 of the Robert M Worcester Prize for the year’s outstanding contribution to the International Journal of Public Opinion Research, the official journal of the World Association for Public Opinion Research. He is author of over 100 publications, including Environmental Politics and Institutional Change (Cambridge University Press) and The Green Movement in West Germany, (Croom Helm and St Martin’s Press).
