Elina Meliou

Elina Meliou is an Associate professor (Reader) in Organisational Behaviour at Aston Business School, Aston University. Her research focuses on diversity, inclusion and leadership at work and has been published in different journals, including Human Relations, Work, Employment and Society, Gender, Work and Organization, European Management Review, International Small Business Journal, Public Money and Management, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion. She is an Associate Editor for Gender, Work and Organization. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and of the Royal Society for Arts (RSA).
