I’m an ecologist with a strong interest in conservation science. My research experience and areas of expertise include:
1) ecology and conservation of small mammals, bats and insects; 2) effects of anthropogenic disturbances (e.g. habitat fragmentation and agricultural intensification) on biodiversity; 3) evaluation of management actions (e.g. agri-environment schemes) to help conserve biodiversity; and 4) landscape ecology (influence of landscape structure, land use and land cover changes on biodiversity).
