Ellen Reeves

Ellen Reeves is a Lecturer within the Department of of Sociology, Social Policy and Criminology at the University of Liverpool (UK). Prior to this Ellen was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Monash Gender and Family Violence Prevention Centre (Monash University, Australia), where she also completed her PhD (2020). Ellen's research is focused on legal responses to domestic abuse and their consequences for victim-survivors. She offers particular expertise in civil law domestic abuse responses, including civil protection orders
