Emily Nordmann

I am a lecturer in psychology at the University of Glasgow. I am a psycholinguist at heart and the bulk of my research to date has focused on how we perceive, process, and represent fixed and idiomatic expressions. I am also interested in bilingualism and its possible impact on cognition.

I have chosen to focus my career on teaching and I am particularly interested in how technology affects learning, for example, does providing lecture recordings impact attendance and subsequently achievement?
