Ester Harding is an award-winning producer. Her screen credits include Bush Slam (ABC), After Six-Four (Official Selection IDFA DocLab 2014 Digital Storytelling Competition; 2014 UNAA Media Awards Nominee) (SBS Online), and all-media documentary Storm Surfers 3D (SPA Awards 2012 Interactive Producer of the Year, with Firelight Productions). In 2012, she joined Media Stockade to line-produce The Surgery Ship (SBS) and co-produce feature documentary I Am A Girl (nominated for four 2014 AACTA Awards, including Best Feature Doc, and winner of the Screen Producers Australia 2014 Award for Best Feature Doc). During her time at Media Stockade, she honed her skills in Impact Producing, focusing on multiplatform audience engagement strategies. In 2015, Ester joined narrative feature film company See Pictures, as a Production Executive. Highly engaged with the Australian screen industry, Ester regularly contributes to events and working groups through Screen Producers Australia, is host and co-founder of the Sydney chapter of StoryCode, and a guest lecturer at AFTRS, MetroScreen and the Information + Cultural Exchange. This year, she will complete her Masters in Screen Arts and Business at AFTRS. Her thesis will focus on the consumer value proposition of screen content, in a digital marketplace. Ester is a founding member of independent think-tank, ScreenFutures.
