Senior Lecturer, School of Law, King's College London

Ewan is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Law, King's College, London, and a Research Associate at the Centre for Business Research, University of Cambridge. His research interests are economic and social rights, particularly in the governance of enterprises, as part of the constitution of the economy and society. He specialises in corporate law, insolvency, pensions and institutional investment, labour law, private law, law and economics, and legal history, in the Commonwealth, the European Union and the United States. He is particularly interested in law’s social role, and its consequences for equality, fairness and justice.
