Helen Macpherson

I am a Research Fellow at the Institute for Physical Activity and Nutrition (IPAN), Deakin University where I conduct research on healthy brain ageing, with a focus on dementia prevention. My research involves evaluating the effects of diet and exercise on cognition and brain health in older people.
