Dr Henry Kha is a Lecturer in Law at Macquarie University. His main research interests are family law and private law in Australia, England and New Zealand from both a legal historical and contemporary perspective. Henry has a forthcoming monograph "A History of Divorce Law: Reform in England from the Victorian to Interwar Years" that shall be published by Routledge. He is also the Australian National Rapporteur to the International Academy of Comparative Law for the 2020 Thematic Congress on the theme of “Diversity and Plurality in the Law: Family Forms and Family's Functions.”
