Ignacio De La Rasilla Del Moral

FHEA, since joining Brunel Law School, Dr de la Rasilla del Moral has served as Visiting Research Fellow of the Lauterpacht Research Center of International Law at the University of Cambridge, the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History in Frankfurt, the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and Public International Law in Heidelberg, the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the Max Planck Institute for International and European Procedural Regulatory Law in Luxembourg. Before joining Brunel Law School as Law Lecturer in October 2012, Dr. De la Rasilla del Moral served a Post-Doctoral Max Weber Fellow in Law at the European University Institute and an Adjunct Lecturer of International Human Rights Law at (NYU – La Pietra). Prior to it, he was a Summer Academic Fellow at Harvard Law School and Fellow in Global Governance, Law and Social Thought at the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University. Dr de la Rasilla has also held Visiting fellowships with the Royal College Complutense at Harvard University and with both the European Law Research Center and the Institute for Global Law and Policy both at Harvard Law School. He holds degrees in International Relations with specialization in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva and in Law from the University Complutense of Madrid and Harvard Law School.
