Imogen Jones is an Associate Professor in Law at the University of Leeds. Imogen studied law as an undergraduate at the University of Manchester, took a brief interlude at the University of Sheffield to complete her MA, before completing her PhD back in Manchester.
Since then she has held lectureships at Manchester and Birmingham, before moving to her current post in Leeds in September 2016. Imogen is interested in criminal law and justice. Much of her current work focusses on the status and treatment of (human) bodies as both triggers to, and objects of, the criminal process.
