Jack McNamara

Since starting his career in 2005, Jack has delivered more than 22,000 hours of face-to-face coaching, worked on London's world-famous Harley Street as a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and has both taught and developed vocational, undergraduate and postgraduate courses for future leaders in Clinical Exercise Science.

His extensive expertise was recognised when he became the first person ever to hold both the prestigious titles of EREPs Master Trainer (Europe) and CIMSPA Chartered Practitioner (UK).
