Jacob Udo-Udo Jacob

Dr. Jacob Udo-Udo Jacob is the Under-Secretary-General for Research, Evaluation and Foresight at the Organisation of Educational Cooperation (OEC). Before joining the OEC, he was the Dean of Graduate School and Research at the American University of Nigeria. He previously held academic appointments at the Centre on International Cooperation at New York University and at the Department of International Studies at Dickinson College in Pennsylvania, where he headed the Dickinson Bridge Program. Jacob’s advisory and consultancy experience include with the United Nations (Office of Rule of Law and Security Institutions), the World Bank, the United States Institute of Peace, and Nigeria's North East Regional Initiative. Jacob earned his PhD in Communications Studies from the University of Leeds.
