Dean's Chair in Management and Māori Business, Massey University

Professor Jarrod Haar (PhD) has tribal affiliations of Ngāti Maniapoto and Ngāti Mahuta.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of New Zealand Te Apārangi. His research approach spans broadly across a wide range of management topics, but with a strong focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, particularly work-life balance. He has over 140 refereed journal articles, 300+ conference presentations, and given over 85 keynote presentations. He has won funding of over $6.5 million plus is on the National Science Challenge Science for Technological Innovation (valued at $102m/10 years). He is a world-class ranked researcher (New Zealand's PBRF system).
