Jason Zein

Jason Zein is currently Professor of Finance at the School of Banking and Finance at UNSW. He has also taught entrepreneurial finance at the University of Melbourne and has been a visiting scholar at Oxford University and Vanderbilt University. His research interests include: corporate governance, corporate ownership and control around the world, venture capital, private equity and the financing of Innovation

His papers have been published in top-tier and highly ranked finance journals such as Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies and the Journal of Financial Economics.
