Jeanne Zaino earned a bachelor's degree in political and communication sciences at the University of Connecticut where she was named a University Scholar. She went on to receive a master's degree in survey research/public opinion polling from the University’s Roper Center for Public Opinion Research where she worked with the esteemed Bud Roper and E. C. Ladd. She continued her graduate work at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst where she earned a second masters degree in political science and a PhD in political science with concentrations in American Government, Public law, Political Theory, and Research Methods. As a member of the Political Science faculty at Iona College teaches courses in American government, voting, elections, public opinion, political parties, presidency, congress, the courts, civil liberties, constitutional law, and research methods. She is also an adjunct professor of Campaign Management at New York University's School of Professional Studies.
