Professor of Modern European History, Carleton University

Jennifer Evans is Professor of History at Carleton University and a member of the College of New Scholars, Royal Society of Canada. She is a European historian and researches the history of sexuality, social media, and visual culture, populism and the authoritarian turn. She is currently undertaking a multi-platform, social media analysis of historical analogy and far-right populism in the United States and Canada. She is the co-curator of the #NewFascismSyllabus (www.NewFascismSyllabus.com)
