Jennifer Skerratt

Dr Jenny Skerratt is a marine scientist who uses observations and numerical models to quantify the impacts of development on the coastal ocean. She is part the CSIRO Coastal and Environmental Modelling Team that has developed the eReefs marine models that are being used to understand and predict hydrodynamic, sediment, chemical and ecological processes on the Great Barrier Reef.
Jenny also contributes to CSIRO’s scientist and mathematician’s in schools (CSIRO SIS) in order to inspire and improve uptake of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects by students.
