John Godwin

Mr Godwin is a veteran local politician and now a doctoral student at the University of Bristol, researching the governance of the city from 1660 to 1689. He was a solicitor in his professional life and has also taught history in a part-time capacity at the University of Bristol. He obtained a Master's degree in Medieval Studies in 2013. He is an alderman of South Gloucestershire Council.
