John M. Richardson

Dr. John M. Richardson is a high school English teacher and Adjunct Professor at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Education, where he leads the Imagination, Creativity and Innovation (ICI) cohort of Bachelor of Education students. He has degrees in English and theatre from Princeton University and the University of Toronto, and education degrees from Dalhousie, the University of Ottawa, and the University of Calgary. He works in the area of creativities, youth digital culture, educational technology, identity formation and live theatre. In addition to his academic writing, he is a frequent contributor to "The Ottawa Citizen" and PostMedia newspapers across Canada.
