PhD candidate in American literature, Université Paris Nanterre – Université Paris Lumières
Julien Brugeron's research focuses on the American war novel (1895-2014) with Hélène Aji (Paris Nanterre University). His main interests lie in the links between literature, politics, ethics and aesthetics in American literary history, from the end of the 19th century to our present day.
After being a visiting scholar at NYU, he is currently a visiting student at the University of Pennsylvania.
