Kang Koo

Dr Kang Koo is a Lecturer in the Department of Finance in Deakin Business School. Kang completed his PhD in Real Estate at the National University of Singapore.

His teaching interests include property and real estate. Kang's research interests include topics about urban policy, transport, household finance, behavioural finance, real estate markets and consumer finance. He has published in the Journal of Urban Economics and the Regional Science and Urban Economics.

Previously, Kang worked in real estate finance consulting and advisory business for several years in New York City.
