Karen E. H. Skinazi

I am currently a senior lecturer and the Director of Liberal Arts at the University of Bristol. I have also taught at the University of Birmingham, Princeton University, University of Alberta, and Fordham University. I did my PhD at New York University in English and American literature.

My research focuses primarily on multiethnic American women's literature. My monograph, Women of Valor: Orthodox Jewish Troll Fighters, Crime Writers, and Rock Stars in Contemporary Literature and Culture, was published by Rutgers University Press in 2018.
