Kate O'Brien

I am Director of Teaching and Learning in the University of Queensland School of Chemical Engineering. I lead research in systems modelling for sustainability, applying modelling and data analysis to engineered, environmental and social systems. The key question driving my research is, how can scientific knowledge in complex systems be synthesized to inform management actions and promote sustainability?
