Research Officer - LGBT Youth Scotland, University of Aberdeen

My research uses leadership theory to explore singers' expectations of choral conductors in the UK.

I am the Research Officer for LGBT Youth Scotland and the conductor of Loud & Proud, Scotland's LGBT+ Choir. I also work as a vocal teacher at the North East of Scotland Music School.
