I am human and I manage humans in a corporate services function. I'm keen on dialogue and understanding and occasionally authoritarianism if I'm honest. Which I try to be, but as sensitively as the particular audience requires.

I have an honours degree in the social sciences (of course) and children (who have taught me at least as much as my degree) and a partner (who keeps me sane) and dogs (who tell me it isn't all about the humans).
