Katrina Dean is Curator of Scientific Collections at Cambridge University Library, having previously worked as an archivist, curator and researcher at the University of Melbourne, the British Library, the University of Bristol and the National Archives of Australia. She has published articles on history of physics, technology and earth sciences in Australia, Britain and Antarctica and co-edited (with Mirjam Brusius and Chitra Ramalingam) an archival study of inventor of photography and Victorian scholar William Henry Fox Talbot, published by Yale University Press. Katrina is the General Editor of Archives and Manuscripts, the journal of the Australian Society of Archivists.
