My research looks at how we can change people's behaviour in order to improve their health. Much of it is concerned with eating behaviours, including weight loss and healthy eating among both children and adults. I'm interested in identifying which strategies are effective at changing behaviour, how these strategies work, and whether they are more or less effective for different types of people. I'm also interested in how we can apply this knowledge to real world interventions.
