Keith Hardy is a Senior Lecturer and MSc Built Environment course leader at the school of Architecture and the Built Environment at Nottingham Trent University. Having spent over thirty years as a practicing Building Surveyor, he entered academia to share the wealth of knowledge and expertise amassed to help develop future generations of property experts.
He has expertise in several areas of building surveying practice including; building and materials pathology and failure, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and energy performance of buildings. He is currently undertaking research towards a PhD on Radon in the built environment in specific relation to duties and liabilities of professionals involved with advising on buildings.
