Ken Libby received his Bachelor's degree in Communications from Lewis & Clark College, and Masters in the Art of Teaching from Lewis & Clark's Graduate School of Education. He is currently working on his PhD in Educational Foundations, Policy and Practice at the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, Ken is a doctoral student researcher at the National Education Policy Center and teaches an undergraduate course that examines schools in American society.

His interests include school reforms, educational philanthropy, the politics of education, and school choice.
