Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management, University of Technology Sydney

Keri Spooner is a Senior Lecturer and Postgraduate Course Co-ordinator in the School of Management. Keri is also Director of the Master of Business in Human Resource Management. Keri has a BComHons and an MComHons from UNSW and a PhD from Monash University. Her PhD thesis concerned the Politicisation of the Employment Relationship of Heads of APS Departments. Keri is curently Vice-President International of the International Employment Relations Association (IERA ) and an Executive Member of trhe Pacific Employment Relations Association (PERA) and Editor of the refereed Journal the Employment Relations Record. Keri teaches in the areas of management, human resource management and employment relations. Her teaching and research interests concern all aspects of the employment relationship. Keri is currently engaged in research focussed on the following aspects of the employment relationship: politicisation and independence, sustainability, public sector HRM and transnational HRM experiences.
