Kerri-Ann’s research interests are in the areas of marketing communications and interactive technologies, particularly electronic gaming, and the effects on consumer behaviour. She has published and presented papers in this area, which include appearances in national print media and radio interviews with the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). This interest has also resulted in Kerri-Ann teaching e-marketing strategies. Kerri-Ann’s second research stream is marketing education, primarily looking at how to facilitate student engagement. Her work has appeared in Journal of Marketing Education and International Journal of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education. Kerri-Ann’s industry background as a marketing manager and consultant in the B2B sector in Australia and Canada has led to a further interest in B2B branding.

Research interests:

- Marketing communications and interactive technologies, including electronic gaming, digital sport
- Marketing education (work-integrated learning, student engagement, technology for learning).
