Kerryn Brent is senior lecturer in law at the University of Adelaide. Kerryn researches in the area of international and domestic environmental law, with a particular focus on the governance of geoengineering technologies.

In 2017, Kerryn was awarded her doctoral thesis from the University of Tasmania. Her thesis examined what role customary international law might play in governing solar radiation management geoengineering. Since then, Kerryn has published in leading national and international journals on the governance of carbon dioxide removal and solar radiation management technologies.
