Kevin is the inaugural Rowlands Chair in Transformational Strategy at Cranfield School of Management. His role is to build capacity within Boards to influence transformational change. Kevin served as Professor and Head of the Strategy and International Business Group at Warwick Business School where he also held a British Academy Mid-Career Fellowship (2015-16) and he has also held posts at Durham, Birmingham, Loughborough and King's College London.
He has authored or co-authored six books and several dozen articles in peer reviewed journals including Accounting Organizations and Society, the Academy of Management Learning & Education (runner up best paper of 2016), Journal of Management Studies, Public Administration Review, Human Relations and Public Administration (best paper of 2012). Kevin also serves on the editorial boards of Human Relations and the British Journal of Management.
