Dr Kim Goodwin is a Lecturer in the Arts and Cultural Management program at the University Melbourne. Her research has focused on leadership and career development in the arts and cultural sector and she has long pre-academic career in human resources and arts management in organisations such as NAVA and Craft Victoria. Her research and teaching focuses on arts management, leadership, cultural policy and work integrated learning in the arts sector.
