Krisna Nur Andriana Pangesti

Krisna Nur Andriana Pangesti, MD, MS is a researcher in Center of of Biomedical and Basic Health Technology, National Institute of Health Research and Development, Ministry of Health Jakarta. Krisna received her medical degree from University of Brawijaya, Malang. She was awarded USAID-HICD (now Prestasi) Scholarship to pursue Master of Science in Pathobiology degree in University of Connecticut, USA. Currently, she is a PhD candidate in The Faculty of Medicine, The University of Sydney under Australian Award Scholarship.

Previously, her research focused in the detection of respiratory viruses, including Influenza. She also has experienced as a principal investigator for infectious disease research. She received several opportunities to attend research training and workshops for virus laboratory methods, including in USA, Japan and Hong Kong. She has published several articles both in national and international journal.
