Associate professor Early Childhood and Primary Education, Queensland University of Technology

Kym has more than 20 years experience working in schools and higher education. She was part of the Early Learning STEM Australia (ELSA) pilot project and the Together for Education consortium project in Papua New Guinea to increase access to literacy and learning for young children. Her research interests are family learning, play, STEM in the early years and culturally relevant books.
